Pune Collaborative Framework (PCF) is a consortium of Pune-based R&D entities who have got together to create “soft infrastructure” in the form of mutually agreed agreement templates so as to facilitate and speed up the initiation of collaborative projects and co-development initiatives especially relating to technology development, translation, validation and commercialization.
The PCF is an initiative of the IP Facilitation Centre, Venture Center, Pune as an overall ecosystem development activity.
